About Stan
As Chief Change Enablement Officer, my Personal Mission is to help Leaders, Change and HR Professionals Create a Better World for All. I do this by growing Change Capabilities that equip Organisations, C- Suite, Leaders, and Employees for continuous transformative change. Internationally I am recognised and accredited as a transformation expert and have 30 years’ experience in Business, HR, Digital Transformation / Change, OD, Change Management and HR at strategic and operational levels.
My career started in Retail (as a HRBP) and Banking (Head of Change at Standard Bank’s Motor Finance Business). I then joined PwC as a Senior Consultant, delivering Change Management and HR Services to clients prior to establishing and leading two HR and Change consulting businesses, HR Outsource and HR Network. I successfully grew businesses and with my team, delivered over 40 Change, HR, and People Programmes to clients prior to moving to the UK in 2019.
Upon relocating to London, I supported the Finance Transformation Programme at Lloyds Register as Change and Communications Manager. I also supported the Business Assurance (BA) Shared Service Delivery Transformation. LR sold the BA business to PE firm Goldman Sachs. I was approached to join this “new” business (LRQA) as Head of Transformation: Business Enablement & Change Management before establishing Change Capabilities Limited.
I recently completed Digital Strategies for Business as well as APMG Agile Foundations and hold a master’s degree in commerce (Organisational Psychology), a Post Grad in Management and HR and a B Degree in Social Sciences.
I am accredited by CIPD as a Fellow Chartered HR Professional (Highest accreditation level in the UK); ISODC (USA) as Master Change and OD Consultant and by the SABPP (South Africa) as Master HR Practitioner.
